In order to provide you with the highest quality, most up to date election supplies, Capital Graphics Inc. works closely with the Secretary of State. Many of you are aware of the ongoing legal/judicial discussions concerning redistricting & Voter ID.
Capital Graphics Inc. is currently shipping Early Vote by Mail Kits (ELK-3502) & Military FPCA Kits (ELK-5922) including the 2012 S.O.S. REVISION of the Application for Ballot by Mail (ELK-3511).
We are delaying shipment of Election Day Pizza Boxes until copy is provided by the Secretary of State's office for kit components - specifically the Affidavit of Provisional Voter Envelope (ELK-0671).CGI Email to SOS: Do you know what forms are still in 'limbo' waiting for Legislative tweaking? Can you give me the names and/or the SOS form numbers for them?
Response from SOS: Once we get final word from the Department of Justice and the review has
been completed, we will send a follow-up memo containing a complete list of the
forms. We have no indication of which forms would be in ‘limbo’ because
that depends entirely on the results of their review. I have no further
information about any pending forms at this time. If you would like your pizza boxes shipped now, we are happy to oblige, but we want to alert you that all KIT components are not up to date. If you have any questions, comments, or ideas, we are happy to hear from you!
