Ballots sold by Capital Graphics Inc. are prepared on stock certified by equipment manufacturer and printed in accordance with Texas Election Code specifications. Test ballots automatically prepared and submitted to manufacturer for vote tabulation coding.
Ballots may be printed in multiple colors of ink to visually differentiate various jurisdictions if multiple elections are held on the same day. i.e., Republican and Democratic primary.
